Olympic pool to be used for water polo competitions and other aquatic disciplines at the Aquatic Sports Centre on the Maltese island of Gozo.

The pool will be 50 m x 25 m in size with a depth of between 2.2 m and 3 m. The system selected for the project is Skypool, which is a technological solution patented by Fluidra consisting of prefabricated hot galvanized steel panels secured to a concrete block which are then covered in PVC-P sheeting.

In addition to the Olympic pool, the centre will also have a multipurpose community pool and will be adjacent to another sports complex currently under development, which will have a 500m2 gym and other ancillary facilities, including a first aid room.
